Step 1: Log in to Your Account

  • Open the Rminder app or website.
  • Log in using your credentials (email, social media account, or other login method).

Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings

  • In the app or website, go to the “Settings” or “Account” section.
  • Locate the “Data Deletion” or “Delete Account” option.

Step 3: Request Data Deletion

  • Select the “Delete Account” option.
  • A confirmation prompt will appear. Carefully read the instructions and confirm your request.
  • You may need to provide additional verification for security purposes.

Step 4: Email Support (Optional)

If you are unable to delete your data using the app or website, you can contact our support team:

  • Subject: “Data Deletion Request”
  • Include:
    • Your full name
    • Email associated with your account
    • A brief explanation of your request

Step 5: Confirmation

  • Once your request is received, our team will process the deletion within 7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your data is fully deleted from our servers.

Important Notes

  1. Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  2. Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial transactions).
  3. Deleting your account will also delete all associated data, including meal plans, progress tracking, and preferences.
